Delete your PopVibe account

You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it. Either way it is gone — there is no hidden reactivation.

In the app, immediately

1. Open PopVibe and go to My Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is removed straight away.

By email, if you cannot sign in

Write to support@alkamar.online from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my PopVibe account. If you cannot use that address, tell us the name and phone number on the account and we will verify another way before deleting anything.

We confirm within 30 days, and usually within a few working days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, name, email address, phone number and date of birth
• Your photographs, including your verification selfie
• Your posts, comments and the messages you sent
• Your group and event memberships
• Your location, interests and preferences
• Your push notification subscription

What we have to keep, and for how long

Two things outlive the account, and it is fairer to say so plainly than to bury it:

• Payment and invoice records — kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. A receipt is a financial record, and we are not free to erase it because one party asked.
• Safety records — if your account was reported, blocked or banned, we keep enough to enforce that. Otherwise a banned account could be remade the same afternoon.

Neither is used to contact you or to rebuild a profile.

Things you have sent to other people

Messages you sent stay in the other person's conversation, in the same way a letter you posted stays with whoever received it. Group posts you made remain with the group, shown without your name once the account is gone.
